REPAIRS
If your jewelry is in need of repair simply call or email me with the problem. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or USPS in a hard box.

RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 10 days from the date received, for a prompt and courteous refund. Please contact me through email prior to sending the item back. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or USPS in a hard box. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund of the purchase price of the items you return, plus any applicable taxes, to post to your account.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped from New York City within 5 business days unless you are otherwise notified. All orders shipped within the United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
